Description

Lot 317 RARE 19TH-CENTURY COPPER BATH WITH ENAMELLED INTERIOR

A rare 19th-century copper bath of traditional slipper form, featuring a rolled rim and raised plinth base. The exterior is finished in a weathered painted surface over copper, while the interior retains its original white enamel coating. Constructed with riveted seams and formed to a generous oval profile, this example reflects period craftsmanship typical of domestic bathing wares in the late 19th century.
As seen in The Banshees of Inisherin.
